If we have less than six students signed up for a course, we usually resort to one of the following options: cancel the course, arrange for the students to go to an alternative timing or wait a term, charge extra or run the course for fewer hours.

Our Course materials are distributed to registered students and are not sold separately.Enrolment and payments can be made at the ALC location, Dubai World Trade Centre Tower, Level 4. Our standard administration office hours are 9am-6pm.Payment Methods and DetailsPayments can be made using the following methods:
- Cash: in person (please remember to collect a signed receipt for your payment)
- Cheque: payable to the Arabic Language Centre (please write your name on the back of the cheque).
- Credit Card: only in person at our premises, not via the telephone or Internet.
- Bank Transfer details are as follows (please email us at info@arabiclanguagecentre.com to advise on the transaction details).
If you are not transferring money from an account with the same bank, please add AED25 to the total amount to cover the transaction fee:

We recommend you register and pay early in order to avoid disappointment. Only payment will guarantee registration.
We have a strict No Refund policy and we do not hold credit if classes are not completed. Only when classes are cancelled by the ALC are refunds possible.
